Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at a welcoming elementary school setting near Cambridge, MA. This flexible, part-time role spans the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year, with a schedule of two days per week (your choice between Monday and Friday). You'll play an essential role in providing behavioral consultation for approximately 29 students across elementary (grades 2–5) and middle school grades, with a special focus on collaborating with both staff and students to enhance learning environments.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing behavior intervention strategies
- Familiarity with public school settings is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly with classroom teams and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Creative, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering behavioral consultation services in line with students’ IEPs
- Supporting classroom teams with effective interventions and behavioral strategies
- Updating and assisting with implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborating with special education staff and administration to support student growth and success
- Empowering classroom teams to create supportive and stable learning spaces
