Project ManagerSelectek is seeking a Project Manager for our partnering company near downtown Waltham, Massachusetts. This firm is looking for candidates with strong construction experience working on educational and commercial projects. Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Waltham, MA Expected Pay Range: $120,000-$140,000 annual base salary, based on certifications and experienceJob Requirements:7+ years of MEP/fire protection industry-specific experienceStrong technical background in mechanical, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems5+ years of project management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office products; proficiency in Procore, Sage, and Timberscan a plusIn addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.Job Duties:Work closely with the Project Executive (PX) to ensure project success and to exceed client expectationsEnsure our field staff have all the information they need to succeedLead communication between clients, PX, field staff, BIM staff, subcontractors, and vendorsProject financial managementTrack, project, and influence project performancePrepare and maintain a 3-6 month look ahead schedule to ensure milestones are met or are ahead of project goalsLead in-house weekly coordination meetingsManage, track and report labor productivityEstablish and maintain open, positive relationships with team and clientsMentor, develop, and coach any direct reports to improve leadership strengthFrequently look for new ideas, better approaches, and innovative tools that help create stronger solutions for the client.Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible start/end times.
