Job Description

CDR ProSource is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our woodworking production team in Bristol, IN 46507 . This is a full-time opportunity with a stable schedule and hands-on production work.

Job Details

Location: Bristol, IN 46507
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift 1: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
- Shift 2: 2:15 PM – 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
Load and unload wood panels and materials (25–35 lbs).
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality output.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

CNC operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate; strong work history more important).
Ability to lift, load, and move wood panels regularly.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Reliable attendance and positive work attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
