Dental Office Operations Leader in Training

PDS Health

Baton Rouge, LA

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Baton Rouge, LA to learn and apply the We Believe Behavioral Framework while developing the skills to independently run a PDS-supported dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program, engage in structured curriculums, on-the-job practice, and development meetings. Upon completion, you will manage Front and Back Office teams, implement office protocols, and drive annual revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and #J-18808-Ljbffr PDS Health
