This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.As part of DOGA's Quality team, you will play a key role in supporting production, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining high standards across our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Commercial team with prototypes, part identification, and related requestsPerform final assembly and inspection of outgoing componentsMaintain calibrated tools and ensure an organized quality workspaceReview and interpret technical drawings to inspect and analyze componentsAnalyze warehouse materials, field failures, and warranty returnsPrepare clear and accurate quality reportsPerform rework on non-conforming or suspect materialsAssist the Quality Manager with daily quality activities as neededCommunicate directly with customers regarding quality mattersParticipate in customer quality meetingsConduct on-site inspections when requiredQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma requiredMinimum 1 year of relevant experienceFluent in English (required); Spanish is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFamiliarity with root cause analysis methodologiesAbility to read and understand technical drawingsExperience with small motors is a plusSAP experience preferredWhat We OfferGrowing Global CompanyJoin a stable and expanding international organization with exciting future opportunities.Collaborative Team EnvironmentWork alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, hands-on setting.Inclusive Workplace CultureWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered.Salary: $25 per hourJoin UsIf you are looking to grow your career in quality within a supportive and international environment, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of the DOGA team!
