Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Additional weekday shifts may occasionally be available for fill in coverage as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and support to residents
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Assist residents with daily routines and activities
• Monitor resident behavior and provide appropriate redirection
• Complete required shift and resident documentation accurately
• Communicate important updates to incoming staff
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the residence

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and able to consistently work the Saturday and Sunday schedule
• Must Have Experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with children/youth in a residential setting
• Must be able to complete all required background checks, training, and onboarding documentation
• Previous direct care, behavioral health, residential treatment, childcare, or related experience is preferred

Applicants must have  previous direct care experience in a residential treatment center, group home, behavioral health facility, or similar youth care setting.

Candidates must have current/valid:

• CPI Certification
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB Test
• Valid Driver’s License
• Required DFPS Certifications
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and all onboarding requirements

Position: Part-Time / PRN
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
