All Boro Inc., a leading restoration, remediation, and construction company, is seeking a Sales Representative to expand our market presence and grow new business across the Five Boroughs and Long Island.

This is a dynamic field sales role ideal for a motivated “closer” who thrives on building face-to-face relationships and delivering real solutions to clients in both commercial and residential sectors. As a key member of our Sales & Client Relations team, you’ll promote our brand, generate qualified leads, and develop a strong referral network with property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads and close deals for restoration and construction services.

Relationship Building: Promote our services to Housing Authorities, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters/Agents, Plumbers, Home Inspectors, and other key industry contacts.

Networking: Attend industry networking events, join relevant associations, and represent All Boro at trade shows to expand your reach.

Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face client meetings and promotional events throughout the territory.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting in our CRM system.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent job fulfillment for the client.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of successful experience in a B2B sales, account management, or field sales role (construction or restoration industry experience is a major plus).
• Skills: Self-starter with exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Xactimate: Familiarity or willingness to learn Xactimate is preferred, but not required (we will provide training for the right candidate).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Luxor, Dash, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Drive: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Schedule & Location

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Location: Based out of our Amityville, NY office.

Travel: This is a Field Sales position requiring daily local travel for client visits and networking events throughout the Five Boroughs and Long Island.
