Senior Brand and Sponsorships Manager

The organization hosts a robust calendar of events, educational programming, and community initiatives designed to connect members and facilitate collaboration. This role will lead the firm's sponsorship and partnership strategy, developing relationships with brands and organizations that enhance the member experience. The position combines business development, marketing, event partnerships, and program management responsibilities, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sponsorship and partnership relationships aligned with the organization's member base and community objectives. Create sponsorship packages, marketing materials, and value propositions to attract and retain partners. Lead partnership activations and integrations across live events, virtual programming, content initiatives, and member experiences. Collaborate with internal teams across events, marketing, membership, and product functions to execute sponsorship programs. Track partnership performance, manage deliverables, and maintain ongoing partner relationships. Contribute to the development of marketing and event strategies for conferences, summits, and community programming. Support content and thought leadership initiatives, including speaker sourcing and program development. Oversee sponsorship operations, including production timelines, asset management, and coordination with external vendors and creative partners. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role offering significant ownership over partnership strategy, brand activations, and member-facing experiences within a premium professional community.
