Procurement Parts Buyer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Buyer to support our semiconductor spare parts procurement operations. In this role, you will manage purchase orders, track deliveries, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and help ensure critical parts are available to support operations. Key Requirements 3+ years of total professional experience, including at least 1+ year specifically in Procurement or a Supply Chain–related field. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CPIM. Industry Experience: Direct background in the semiconductor manufacturing or technology sector. Salary: $30 - $35 per hour Shift: First Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage Purchase Orders for high-volume spare parts. Delivery & Logistics Tracking: Ensure timely delivery of orders through active follow-up with vendors, freight carriers, and internal Logistics teams. Issue Resolution & Process Improvement: Manage lead times and drive incident reviews/resolutions for lost or missing shipments and Goods Receipts (GRs); assist in driving updated business processes. KPI & Inventory Management: Support KPI tracking and reporting for high-volume spare parts, excess spare parts inventory, and other critical supply chain metrics. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare data reports, presentations, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Logistics, etc.) and external entities (Suppliers, Samsung HQ).
