RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee unit operations and ensure efficiency Support staff and coordinate appointments and transportation Support daily operations and ensure efficient communication and care coordination for our residents Patient record management Coordinate appointments and transportation for residents to appointments and activities. Accompany residents as needed Transcribe nurses’ orders per policy Perform general clerical duties such as faxing, copying, and answering phones Greet visitors and providers, assisting as needed Communicate with healthcare team members, patients, and visitors via phone and intercom Update and manage patient profiles, ensuring information is current upon admission, discharge, or transfer Prepare and maintain the unit’s medical information system, including uploading forms and resident records to the electronic system Maintain compliance with policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS Experience in healthcare facility coordination preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and team-oriented mindset LOCATION Bedford Hills Center Apply today!
