Call Center Member Service Representative (Hybrid)

Philadelphia, Abington, Warminster & Fairmount, PA
$22.45/Hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Monday-Friday | 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Direct Hire Opportunity

Primary work location will be the Warminster Call Center

Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking Call Center Member Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting members with their everyday banking and financial service needs. Responsibilities:

Assist members via phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions
Open and maintain member accounts
Provide support for online and mobile banking services
Answer questions regarding loans, financial products, and account services
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Deliver exceptional member service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service experience required (banking or financial services experience preferred)
Previous call center experience is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to travel between local branch locations when needed
Must successfully pass criminal and credit background screenings

Training & Work Schedule:

Paid 90-day training program combining in-office and hybrid learning
Hybrid schedule available upon successful completion of training
Currently required in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Primary work location will be the Warminster Call Center
