Human Resources SpecialistCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefit programs and coordinate with external providers to support enrollments, updates, and issue resolution.Manage leave administration and employee accommodation processes while maintaining accurate documentation and records.Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.Support recruiting efforts by assisting with candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring related processes.Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and assist with compliance, reporting, and special projects.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and human resources experience.4+ years of HR experience within a professional services or multi office environment.Previous experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and leave management functions.Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in a fast paced environment.QualificationsA professional human resources certification.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service oriented approach.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records.Strong organizational and problem solving abilities with the capacity to prioritize competing demands.Ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.REF #52647 #LI-DD1
