Job Details

• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) preferred
• Education Requirements: Valid California PT license, at least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: California Physical Therapist license, minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapist experience, valid drivers license, auto insurance, BLS preferred
• Additional Information: The role involves managing a caseload with approximately 5 visits per day, providing assessments, interventions, and patient education. The position may involve working with interdisciplinary teams and utilizing various therapeutic techniques and equipment.
