We’re looking for an organized Remote Diagnostic Testing Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing, helping patients and providers navigate specialty testing workflows.
This role is great for someone eager to learn diagnostic testing processes, with hands-on experience reviewing test requests, coordinating with testing vendors, and preparing complete digital files for processing.
What You’ll Do
- Review diagnostic test requests for accuracy
- Coordinate between clinics, patients, and testing vendors
- Track test order statuses and follow up when needed
- Enter and update documentation in digital platforms
- Maintain compliance and privacy standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple test workflows
- Comfort learning new testing processes
