Highlights Pay: $125,281.64 - $155,281.64 Annually Location: Brooklyn, NY Facility: NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You’ll Do Perform other duties aligned with the mission and values of the organization. Demonstrate personal accountability for professional practice and growth. Document patient assessment, reassessment, and progress toward goal achievement accurately and timely. Promote patient safety and quality, adhering to National Patient Safety Goals. Communicate and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, escalating situations appropriately. Establish effective caring relationships with staff, patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Administer medication and parenteral therapy according to policy and procedure, including blood administration. Establish priorities for patient care delivery and coordinate patient care responsibilities. Provide patient/family education and assist in discharge planning. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for nursing care based on patient criteria.
