Volt is immediately hiring a Shipping Office Clerk in Mabank, Texas .


As a Shipping Office Clerk, you will:

• Schedule shipments nationally and internationally
• Complete classification and custom documentation
• Scheduling truck pick ups
• Inbound and outbound shipping coordinating
• Maintain and update shipping documentation, as required

This is a long-term temp, possible temp to hire role.


Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm plus overtime.


The ideal candidate will have:

• Must have 1 - 2 years of office and data entry experience
• Logistics experience preferred
• International shipping and customs experience preferred not required
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen

Pay Rate : $32,000 - $44,000 Annual Salary


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
