Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Eustace High School as an Attendance/PEIMS Clerk. This role requires a high level of responsibility and accuracy, as you will be handling sensitive student information and ensuring the smooth operation of our attendance and PEIMS systems.


Responsibilities:


1. Maintain accurate attendance records for all students.
2. Input and update student data in the PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System).
3. Ensure compliance with state and district policies regarding student attendance.
4. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff regarding attendance issues.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports related to attendance and PEIMS data.
6. Provide general clerical support as needed.

3. Proficient in data entry and management.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Certifications:


While no specific certifications are required for this position, a background in clerical work or education administration would be beneficial. Experience with PEIMS or similar data management systems is highly desirable.
