To Discover more, please visit our website at Responsibilities Inspections: Check forklifts, racking systems, loading docks, and conveyor belts regularly. Procedures: Enforce safe lifting techniques, proper hazardous material storage, and clear foot-traffic lanes. Training: Teach employees proper forklift operation, emergency evacuation procedures, and the correct use of safety gear. Investigations: Analyze warehouse accidents, equipment failures, and slips and falls to identify root causes. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with warehouse-specific regulations, including OSHA storage and logistics standards. Access Control: Manage security checkpoints, verify employee credentials, and maintain visitor logs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field preferred. Deep understanding of local and federal regulations, including OSHA guidelines. Clear verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and report to leadership. Background in warehouse operations and material handling safety is a plus. Ability to walk long distances on hard warehouse floors. Previous compliance (Safety or U.S. CBP-related) experience is a plus. Pay The base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$75,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
