Manufacturing Documentation Support
•    Updating manufacturing documentation to reflect Loftware labeling system implementation
•    Revising procedures, SOPs, and work instructions impacted by labeling changes and rebranding updates
•    Supporting documentation updates within the following systems: 
o    Magic
o    Veeva
•    Ensuring all changes are compliant with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements
•    Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness of manufacturing and quality documentation
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Labeling

Requirements:

•    Experience in regulated environments (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries)
•    Strong background in document control and quality systems
•    Experience supporting labeling system implementations (Loftware preferred)
•    Familiarity with Veeva Vault and/or Magic systems
•    Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to manage multiple documentation updates under tight timelines

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
