Trust & Safety Specialist

To enhance community safety, the full-time Trust & Safety Specialist will investigate reported violations, coordinate incident responses, and provide empathetic support to community members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Investigate reported violations of house rules and conduct thorough analyses of incidents Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage and resolve safety-related situations Provide empathetic support to community members experiencing negative situations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Trust & Safety role Experience conducting investigations and managing urgent, high-priority issues Knowledge of cross-functional incident response efforts Expertise in de-escalation techniques and victim advocacy Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
