Job Description Manage a personal injury litigation caseload with mentorship and support from senior attorneys. Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation. Serve as first or second chair at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials based on experience. Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and experts. Collaborate closely with an experienced litigation support team. Utilize advanced AI tools and legal technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes. Deliver exceptional client service while advocating for individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries and significant losses. Qualifications Active Delaware Bar license or eligible for admission. 1+ years of litigation experience. Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and case management abilities. Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a team. Interest in plaintiff litigation and trial work.
