Warehouse Manager

Warehouse ManagerWe are in search of a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the training and development of warehouse staff, the efficiency of warehouse operations, and the overall functions of the divisional warehouse.Responsibilities Include:Make recommendations and execute procedures involving shipping, receiving, inventory, and all aspects of warehouse operations, including communication with Purchasing and SalesSupport and enforce safety programs and guidelinesSelect, train, direct, and motivate employeesAppraise employee performance and recommend salary actionsDirect day and night warehouse crews and delivery drivers through Lead PersonnelSchedule and ensure accurate receiving and put-away of stockEnsure delivery trucks are safely and accurately loadedEnsure drivers demonstrate outstanding customer service and safe working and driving habitsEnsure all DPT rules and regulations are strictly enforcedMaintain safe working conditions in the warehouse, including the safe storage of hazardous productsPerform additional duties or special projects as assignedThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior management experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills with good to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to multitaskCompensation & Benefits:BradyPLUS offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our associates and their families.
