Java Developer

We have the role below for a backfill. The candidate needs to be on site in San Antonio, TX.
Solid Full stack Java Developers Someone who has built internal tools/platforms, automation workflows, or authentication integrations and can operate in a software engineering environment.
What they are doing:
- Converting applications into Okta/SSO capabilities
- Building Terraform workflows/modules for onboarding and automation
- Supporting authentication/authorization capabilities across ~1600 applications
- Modernizing app integrations and authentication libraries
What to look for:
- Strong software engineering background (backend/platform engineering)
- Terraform experience in production
- Experience with authentication technologies such as Okta, Entra, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect
- Java/Spring Boot is strong plus
- Some UI/frontend exposure is nice to have, but not core
What they DO NOT want:
- IAM admins
- Access provisioning/help desk support
- Governance-only/SailPoint admin profiles
- Pure infrastructure engineers with little coding
