Senior Information Technology Manager

We are seeking a strategic, business-oriented IT leader who can serve as the senior technology leader for Kuraray America while effectively bridging local business needs with global IT strategy. This is not a hands-on technical manager role. We need a proven leader who has successfully led multiple IT functions, managed leaders and vendors, partnered with executive leadership, and driven technology transformation within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, data and analytics, end-user support, ServiceNow, and digital transformation initiatives while balancing operational excellence with long-term strategy. Must-Have Experience 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. 5+ years leading managers, supervisors, technical teams, and third-party providers. Experience serving as the senior IT leader for a business unit, region, or company. Strong manufacturing industry experience (chemical, industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing, energy, materials, or similar industries preferred). Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing business strategy. Experience managing IT operating and capital budgets. Strong ERP leadership experience, including upgrades, integrations, process optimization, and business transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes. Experience utilizing Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms. Experience working within a global organization and collaborating with international teams. Background in cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and IT governance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
