Associate Attorney

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney with 2 or more years of experience managing plaintiff personal injury cases. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is passionate about advocating for injured clients while delivering exceptional legal representation and client service. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload from pre-litigation through resolution, working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims. Conduct case evaluations and develop effective legal strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, demand packages, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize client recoveries. Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court proceedings. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations. Collaborate with medical providers, expert witnesses, and investigators to develop strong claims. Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and firm policies. Provide exceptional client service and maintain accurate case documentation. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Colorado and good standing with the Colorado Bar. Minimum 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases. Strong negotiation, litigation, and case management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
