YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent injured workers before the WCAB at hearings, conferences, and trials Develop and manage client relationships — conducting consultations and updates in English and Spanish Depositions Draft pleadings, motions, Compromise & Release agreements, and settlement documents Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution with full team support

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
