Be the Face of a Trusted Home Improvement Brand
Renewal by Andersen is looking for personable professionals to serve as Community Outreach Representatives . This role focuses on connecting directly with homeowners and helping them learn about premium replacement windows and doors.
If you're someone who thrives on interaction, values teamwork, and wants an opportunity to earn based on performance, we'd like to meet you.
Your Day-to-Day
- Attend team meetings and planning sessions
- Travel to local neighborhoods in a company vehicle
- Build rapport with homeowners
- Explain the benefits of Renewal by Andersen products
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments
- Contribute to team success through consistent performance
