Your work will directly influence patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and the overall quality of our healthcare services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.Mentor and coach nursing supervisors and staff, fostering professional growth and clinical excellence.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care plans and outcomes.Monitor staffing levels, manage scheduling, and support recruitment and retention efforts.Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction scores and clinical performance metrics.Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to optimize care delivery.
