What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document wear, damage, and repair needs using blueprints and manuals.
• Lead and train technician associates, providing hands-on instruction and overseeing work quality and safety compliance.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and contractor relationships to support operational efficiency.
• Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles following safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all work meets federal, state, and local codes and company standards.
• Compile and report budget and warranty information accurately.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures using multiple craft skills such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs, and to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA and EPA standards, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians, providing hands-on training and overseeing work quality.
• Proficiency managing maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and contractor relationships.
• Skilled in operating heavy machinery and material handling equipment following certification and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to with managers, associates, and vendors.
