Associate Director role partnering with US HIV Prep Marketing to translate patient, prescriber, and market data into actionable business insights. The position combines healthcare data analytics expertise with cross-functional leadership to support brand strategy, launch execution, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

Partner with marketing leadership to define analytical priorities, success measures, and insights roadmap aligned with brand objectives
Lead patient journey, market segmentation, treatment adherence, HCP opportunity, and competitive switching analyses
Develop KPI frameworks, tracking plans, and dashboards that link execution to business outcomes
Integrate patient, HCP, payer, and performance data into unified fact bases with clear documentation of assumptions
Translate analytical findings into executive narratives and recommendations; guide internal and external analytics partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, epidemiology, health economics, or related quantitative field
5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or consulting analytics experience with commercial insights responsibility
Demonstrated expertise applying secondary healthcare data to answer strategic marketing questions
Strong problem structuring, analytical interpretation, and executive communication skills
Hands-on SQL proficiency and experience with large relational or cloud-based datasets
Familiarity with IQVIA eLAAD, Komodo, Xponent, or comparable healthcare data sources
Master's degree or PhD in quantitative discipline strongly preferred; HIV Prep experience desired
