This position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

This job requires professionals with 2-5 years of experience who want to work with the best professional in the HVAC industry that want to work with BEST. Professionals who understand goals are good, real gains are better, and able to harness all this motivation into the best customer service on the east coast. We are unashamedly looking for i-dotting, t-crossing, taking care of business bosses, who dive on a grenade for their buddy, pick up the ball, go get the 'W,' holding the rally flag in the other hand and leading the team. This job involves learning and implementing One Hour sales system, procedures and ethical practices, managing multiple ongoing opportunities particularly focusing on selling replacement equipment and service agreements, recommending solutions and linking customer objectives to total value solution in order to convert opportunities into sold work, completing all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner on all leads, including financing paperwork and the collection of cash payments, effectively writing and presenting proposals, maintaining sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor, conveying a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving, demonstrating technical expertise and maintaining a high level of credibility, and maintaining company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, sales experience required, HVAC trade experience a plus, strong communication skills and technical competence, ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen, and a clean driving record.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
