Job Description This role involves performing Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments in a variety of settings, primarily focusing on outpatient care (75%) and inpatient settings including acute care, ICU, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) (25%). The therapist will work independently to provide thorough care for all outpatient diagnoses and facilitate mobility progression in inpatient settings while utilizing knowledge of discharge planning. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients. Deliver physical therapy treatments and interventions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Facilitate patient mobility progression across various care levels. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Manage a full therapy schedule, including both new evaluations and regular treatments. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Physical Therapist license in Hawaii is required. Experience in inpatient (acute, ICU, SNF) and outpatient physical therapy settings. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
