Communications Assistant

Position Overview We are looking for a Communications Assistant to support customer communications, appointment coordination, and office operations. This position helps ensure accurate and timely communication between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email communications * Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars * Prepare and organize customer correspondence and documentation * Maintain accurate communication records * Coordinate information between customers and internal departments * Support general administrative and office functions * Contribute to a positive customer experience through professional communication Minimum requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Professional and customer-focused attitude * Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office * Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required
