Location: Pensacola, FL; Winchester, VA; or Vienna, VA (Hybrid)

The position supports leadership development through curated programs and manages ongoing publications to support transparency and create connection points across different teams. Program management is central to this role, with a heavy focus on team engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs that contribute to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Use established tools and templates for program reporting and status updates.
• Monitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication.
• Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes.
• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event management is a plus.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM local time. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to be onsite a minimum of three days per week. Overtime may be available based on business needs.
