LIHTC Associate Project Manager - New Ground up Construction

Our client is hiring: LIHTC Associate Project Manager for affordable housing Real Estate Development. Are you an Assistant Project Manager in LIHTC ready for the next step? (not an engineering or construction role) Join a mission-driven development team delivering affordable and community-focused housing projects across California. You’ll support the full development lifecycle—from financing and entitlements through construction, lease‑up, and long‑term asset coordination. Key areas of responsibility: Support financing applications, budgets, schedules, and development proposals Assist with entitlements, acquisitions, and construction oversight Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, consultants, and public agencies Help manage lease‑up and project stabilization Contribute to cross-functional development and operations efforts Provide support to senior project leadership and junior staff What they’re looking for: Experience with affordable housing / LIHTC development Strong organization, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Growth opportunity with increasing responsibility across all phases of development.
