Experience a dynamic role as a school-based Occupational Therapist supporting students in the Everson, WA area. This part-time, flexible opportunity allows you to put your expertise to use while nurturing student growth in a collaborative educational environment. Enjoy an immediate start and the stability of working through the entire school year until June 11, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and active State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
- Ability to design and implement individualized interventions supporting student participation and success
- Skilled in documenting progress and developing reports in compliance with school and state standards
Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop treatment plans to support their educational access and achievement
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
- Consult with educators and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and updates on student progress
- Maintain thorough records of interventions, assessments, and communications
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students can thrive
This part-time contract offers a flexible schedule—work 1-2 days per week, 7-14 hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
