Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure (or eligibility) in Washington State
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT preferred
• Adaptive, collaborative, and organized; comfortable in elementary and/or middle school settings
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students per IEP guidelines, focusing on functional, academic, and behavioral goals
• Contribute to assessments, screenings, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive, accessible learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and document interventions and student progress
• Adapt strategies to meet individual and group needs within a diverse caseload
