Join Our Caring CommunityAs a Home Health CNA, reporting to the Associate Director, Branch Administration at CenterWell Home Health - coordinate with LPN to pick up and deliver test kits for STARS program.Territory covers Raleigh/Durham-Rocky Mount - Goldsboro.As a Home Health Aide (CNA REQUIRED), you will:Home Health CNA - coordinate with LPN to pick up and deliver test kits for STARS program.Take accurate temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurements and recognize and report abnormal results to supervisor.Report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to patient to ensure continuity of care. Document interactions with patients, caregivers, doctors and other staff members appropriately, legibly, thoroughly and in the amount of time allowed.Practice acceptable infection control principles.
