Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a part-time Fertility Recovery Room Assistant to join our team at RMA of New York in Eastside, New York and Brooklyn, New York. * Schedule: Monday through Friday; Schedules vary depending on the day (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time); Two Weekends a month and two holidays per year on a rotating schedule. When working, you will work either a 4-hour shift or an 8-hour shift. * Compensation: $18 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Fertility Recovery Room Assistant will:

• Monitoring patient flow
• Escorting patients for procedures
• Preparing recovery rooms between patients
• Maintain infection control standards
• Responding to inquiries from multi-disciplinary medical staff, etc.
• Ability to assist OR staff with autoclave and patient transfers

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include:

• High School Diploma is required.
• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Prior Recovery Room/ OR/surgical experience is a plus.
• Nursing Assistant, HHA, or Medical Assistant Certification is a plus.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
