Automotive Reconditioning Admin

Cox Automotive seeks an Automotive Reconditioning Admin to support vehicle reconditioning operations and documentation. You’ll accurately enter and track vehicle data, repair orders, and condition reports across Cox brands, ensuring timely processing and high data integrity. Partner with reconditioning, auction, and sales teams to schedule work, reconcile invoices, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain reports, dashboards, and files, while following company policies and compliance standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient with MS Office/Excel, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused automotive environment.
