Urology Nurse Practitioner - Community Hospital

WCS Healthcare Partners is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Urology Center, offering a modern and dynamic environment for healthcare professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to enhance their career by developing autonomy, managing a patient panel, and working alongside a highly respected physician mentor. Responsibilities

Focus on outpatient care at the new Urology Center
Manage your own panel of patients
Provide follow-up care for post-surgical patients
Perform occasional hospital rounding as needed
Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No nights, weekends, or major call burden
Participate in telephone call rotation approximately 1:5 - 1:6
Collaborate closely with an excellent teacher and mentor

Requirements

Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license/certification
Interest in Urology or relevant clinical experience
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong patient-centered communication skills
Ability to manage an independent patient panel
