Mental Health Group Facilitator Position Summary:

Seeking Associates or Therapists to take on a small case load for EMDR (when necessary) and Group Facilitation

Responsibilities:

Lead group activities
Maintain documentation
Ensure safety and respect for diversity
Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours

Qualifications:

Registration/Certification in a related field
1 year+ experience with mental illness/substance abuse for Associates
Valid California drivers license and liability insurance
Pass background and medical checks
EMDR certified

Skills:

Group facilitation
Documentation and computer skills
Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness

Schedule:

Flexible, 6-10 hours per week (potential for more depending on rapport) , Monday-Friday
ON-CALL needed Monday-Thursdays
Opportunities in both San Diego and Orange County (Monday-Friday availability including holidays for Orange County)
