As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.Focus: Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments. Caseload: As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Work Mode: We prioritize in-person supervision because we believe the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.This role is ideal for clinicians who value critical thinking, strong relationships, and building sustainable clinical outcomes.
