Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (PCA) – Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available

Location: Las Vegas, New Mexico
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

As a caregiver or personal care aide, your responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with daily routines and safety monitoring
• Providing compassionate, respectful care in clients' homes

Caregivers are expected to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and positive communication with clients, families, and supervisors.

To qualify for this caregiver position, candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• Have a dependable cell phone with active service
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
• Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and professionalism

Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), personal care aide (PCA), certified nursing assistant (CNA), direct support professional (DSP), or family caregiver is preferred but not required.

We are currently hiring for:

• Day shifts
• Weekday shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Holiday availability
• Flexible schedules ranging from 20–40 hours per week

This position takes place in clients' homes and may require:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, lifting, and assisting with mobility
• Light housekeeping and household support
• Lifting up to 25 pounds when necessary
