AR/Collections Specialist

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client in the Keystone area in search of an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity working fully in the office. Job Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate accounts receivable collections. Provide account reporting according to specific deadlines. Perform account reconciliations. Monitor customer account details for non‑payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Generate age analysis. Review A/R aging to ensure compliance. Maintain A/R customer files and records. Investigate and resolve customer queries. Process adjustments. Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers and vendors. Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or in person. Assist with month‑end closing. Collect data and prepare monthly and weekly reports. Process and send monthly statements to customers. Other duties as assigned.
