Dialysis Registered Nurse

Role Overview Providing high-quality dialysis care as a Registered Nurse (RN) within a multidisciplinary team, under supervision of a Charge Nurse. Responsible for patient assessments, monitoring during treatment, medication administration, and documentation. Ensuring safety, compliance with policies, and participating in ongoing education. Key Responsibilities Performing patient assessments before and after dialysis treatments Monitoring patients during procedures to ensure comfort and safety Administering medications per physician orders and reviewing medication profiles monthly Collaborating with team members for care planning and staffing requirements Adhering to all safety protocols, policies, and regulations Participating in staff meetings and continuing education activities Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license in the applicable state Ability to distinguish all primary colors One or more years of nursing experience preferred Previous dialysis nursing experience is a plus Benefits Eligible employees can access medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, 401k with employer match, virtual care, life insurance, PTO, and more.
