This role brings strong project execution, data-driven insight, and change management capability to drive operational improvements while ensuring continuity of day‑to‑day business.Location: Hybrid 2 days/week in Dallas, TX or San Diego, CARemote (U.S.) consideredKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to support the development and execution of business strategies, plans, and initiatives across assigned practice areas and division-wide effortsLead and/or support cross-functional projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment, sequencing, and on-time deliveryIdentify operational improvement opportunities related to new business models, processes, and tools; support implementation aligned to division strategyApply structured change management methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business-as-usual operationsAnalyze operational and financial data to support ad hoc reporting, business insights, and executive decision-makingDevelop, analyze, and communicate return-on-investment (ROI) for initiatives, projects, and process redesigns in partnership with FinanceCollaborate with Sales Operations and Analytics teams to define, operationalize, and monitor critical performance metricsPrepare executive-ready summaries, reports, and presentations clearly communicating findings, risks, and recommendationsServe as a trusted advisor and internal consultant on project management best practices and execution disciplineRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant professional experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED and 9–11 years of relevant professional experienceDemonstrated experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects or initiativesStrong analytical skills with experience using data to inform recommendations and measure outcomesExperience developing executive-level presentations, summaries, and written deliverablesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare operationsBackground in management consulting, internal consulting, or strategy rolesFormal or informal project management experience (e.g., large initiatives, process redesign, transformation efforts)Experience partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operations, or Analytics teamsFamiliarity with structured change management methodologiesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking combined with hands-on executionProject and initiative managementData analysis and business insight generationStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationClear, concise executive communicationWork Environment / Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office/home office environment.Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job.Our Core ValuesRespect Passion Continuous Improvement Trust Customer Focus InnovationAt AMN we embrace the ways we are similar and different; respecting all voices and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute to our collective success.
