Do you want to substitute without being left to figure it all out on your own? Roles & Responsibilities: Review and follow teacher lesson plans. Maintain an orderly classroom environment. Use effective classroom management strategies. Build rapport with students and staff and communicate with them effectively. Learn from some of the best teachers in the country. Leave a daily report for when the teacher returns.
