Marketing Coordinator

RobotLAB owns the last mile of robotics and AI, by helping business owners automate tasks that people don’t want to do anymore. Spanning 36 locations nationwide, we service a range of prominent brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Disney, and Kura Sushi, as well as smaller locations such as restaurants, assisted living facilities, supermarkets, warehouses, and even nuclear power stations. ABOUT THE ROLE RobotLAB is looking for an organized, detail-driven, and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience across content, campaigns, events, and cross‑functional coordination in a fast‑moving technology environment. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and broader marketing team to keep projects on track, content flowing, and campaigns executed with precision. WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels. Assist in the development and scheduling of content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity. Support the planning and logistics of marketing events, trade shows, and franchise partner activations. Maintain and update marketing collateral, ensuring materials are current, accurate, and on‑brand across all departments and franchise locations. Track project timelines and deliverables across multiple marketing initiatives, flagging risks and keeping stakeholders informed. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, scheduling, and basic performance tracking. Support website updates and basic content management as needed. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers on project deliverables and timelines. Compile marketing performance reports and assist in tracking key metrics across campaigns. Provide general administrative and organizational support to the marketing team as priorities shift. WHAT YOU BRING 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator role, internships included. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and content scheduling tools. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Comfort working with basic marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar). A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. A genuine interest in technology, robotics, or AI is a strong plus. You are independently managing content scheduling and campaign logistics with minimal oversight. You have built strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams and franchise partners. You are contributing ideas, not just executing tasks, and the marketing team trusts you with increasing ownership.
