Quick Facts Location: Beckley, West Virginia Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 11/01/2027 Shift: Day shift, 5 days/week (08:00 - 16:00) Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 2 weeks per month Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Certifications Required: Board certification, DEA, BLS, ACLS, HDR procedures Experience: Willing to license; experience in radiation oncology preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $331.50 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide radiation oncology services to adult patients within a hospital-based cancer center Support a multidisciplinary team including radiologic technologists, APPs, and RNs Manage approximately 3 new consults daily and ongoing radiation treatments for up to 25 patients Utilize HDR procedures and advanced imaging technologies Maintain patient safety and treatment accuracy following best practices Document patient care in Cerner EMR system Support a multi-week rotation with flexible scheduling options What You Need Required: Board-certified radiation oncologist Valid West Virginia medical license or willing to obtain DEA license BLS and ACLS certifications Experience or willingness to work with HDR procedures Preferred: Previous experience in cancer treatment and radiation therapy Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a modern hospital in Beckley, WV, supporting a comprehensive cancer center.
